Due to the success and exclusivity of the neighbouring “Golden Mile” in Marbella, the theory was that a denomination of this type will help people to catalogue and portrait this idyllic beachfront location. The New Golden Mile has become one of the hot spots of Costa del Sol’s property market which has experienced an incredible demand and property sales.
